Government Bonds and Tax-Exempt Financing

Tax-exempt bonds are debt securities for private businesses that are issued by state or local government development agencies. Certain borrowers are eligible to receive such financing for qualified capital projects. They include manufacturing businesses and non-profit organizations. Tax-exempt bonds of up to $10 million can be issued to finance up to 100% of an eligible project. We have been counsel in many tax-exempt financing deals that helped business grow with lower costs and fewer risks.
